Handcrafted creation and “Photo Guarantee”
Each floral arrangement is handcrafted by our florists following your instructions. Once the bouquet is ready, we send you a real photo of the finished composition. The delivery is authorized only after full approval — yours and ours. This is our Photo Guarantee: what you see is exactly what will be delivered.

Clear and timely communication
As soon as the order is assigned to the florist, you will receive email updates regarding the order status and the expected delivery time. We believe transparency is an essential part of service quality.

Delivery: care and punctuality
Our courier will hand-deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, taking the utmost care to preserve its freshness and beauty until the very last moment.

Choose the delivery timing that suits you

We offer several delivery options to match your needs and the importance of the occasion:

• Standard Delivery (free)
For orders placed by 12:00 AM, same-day delivery (approximately between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM).

• Morning Delivery (€4)
By 2:30 PM.

• Afternoon Delivery (€4)
Between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM.

• Express Delivery (€6)
Within 4 hours of the order.

• Urgent Delivery (€15)
Within 2 hours of the order.

• Fixed-Time Delivery (€20)
At the exact time you choose, with a ±15-minute tolerance.

Please note: Express, Urgent and Fixed-Time deliveries are subject to the opening hours of our local florists (generally 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:30 PM–7:00 PM).

Delivery FAQ

What happens if the recipient is not at home?
We never leave flowers unattended unless you authorize us to do so. Normally we contact the recipient by phone using the number you provided, without revealing the sender or spoiling the surprise, to arrange a new delivery at no additional cost. Your emotion is safe with us.

How do you guarantee flower freshness during transport?
Each bouquet is prepared with a special water reservoir at the base (hydro-pack), keeping the flowers hydrated and fresh throughout the journey.

Will I be notified once the delivery is completed?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the delivery has been successfully completed, giving you peace of mind that your gift has arrived.
